Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BusyKitchen, LLC (“BusyKitchen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our restaurant marketing services.
We keep this simple, the same way we keep our service simple: we collect only what we need to do the work, we communicate with you mostly by text, and we don’t sell your information.
1. Information We Collect
When you contact us or become a client, we may collect:
- Information you give us — your name, restaurant name, cuisine type, city, phone number, email address, and what marketing matters most to you, submitted through our contact form or by text and email.
- Information needed to deliver the service — details about your restaurant, specials, and events used to build your marketing calendar and posts, and (for clients who add managed ads) access you grant to your social or advertising accounts.
- Basic technical information — standard server logs and aggregate analytics such as pages visited and device type. We do not use this to identify you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Build your 12-month marketing calendar and create your monthly posts;
- Send you posts for approval and communicate with you by text and email;
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services;
- Process your subscription and send billing-related messages;
- Respond to your questions and requests.
We do not use your information for purposes you haven’t agreed to.
3. Text Messaging Consent
When you provide your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by text message about your service — including calendar reviews, post approvals, monthly summaries, and support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts may limit our ability to deliver the service, since approvals happen by text.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
- Our website host and infrastructure providers;
- Social media platforms (such as Meta) where your approved content is published;
- Payment and advertising platforms used to deliver the parts of the service you’ve signed up for;
- Authorities, if required by law.
5. Data You Keep
Your marketing calendar is yours to keep, even if you cancel. Any contact list you build through the service belongs to you. We don’t hold your data hostage.
6. Data Retention & Security
We keep your information for as long as you are a client and as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of texts and emails, at any time. Text us or use the contact form and we’ll take care of it.
8. Children
Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
